Booking Terms
Plain language, no surprises — certainty is part of the experience we design.
1. Who we are
Sahara Prime Tours is a boutique tour operator based in Switzerland, designing and operating private and small-group journeys in Morocco with vetted local partners.
2. Reservations & deposits
Limited Edition departures are confirmed with a 20% deposit per person; the balance is due 60 days before departure. Seats are held for 15 minutes during checkout. Private Signature and bespoke itineraries are confirmed per the payment schedule in your written proposal.
3. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe (cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, iDEAL). We never store card details. Prices are stated in EUR or CHF as shown at checkout.
4. Changes & cancellations
Deposits are transferable once to another departure or a private itinerary within 18 months. Cancellation charges scale with proximity to departure and are itemized in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
5. Our responsibility
We select accommodation, transport and guides with documented care and re-verify them each season. Where a service must change for safety or force majeure, we provide an equivalent or better alternative.
6. Your responsibility
Travelers are responsible for valid passports (6+ months), any visas, personal insurance, and disclosed health or mobility needs so we can design safely around them.
7. Flights
We do not sell or manage flights. Arrival and departure airports are specified in every itinerary; ground transfers are included as described.
