All payments run through Stripe's secure checkout — credit cards, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA and iDEAL. Limited Edition departures take a 20% deposit to confirm your place, with the balance due 60 days before departure. You'll receive itemized confirmation for every payment.

Life happens. Deposits are transferable to another departure or a private itinerary within 18 months. Full cancellation terms are laid out clearly in your booking confirmation — no fine print surprises. We strongly recommend annual travel insurance (often included with Swiss household policies).

Limited Editions travel with 8–14 guests, never more. Signature Itineraries and bespoke journeys are entirely private — just your party, your driver and your hosts.

No — we deliberately don't manage flights, so you keep full flexibility and airline points. We tell you exactly which airports to fly into and out of, and your private transfer is waiting when you land.
